AirFrame Design and Analysis

  • Airframe designed for  strength and stiffness under specified  loads in extreme environment  with durability and damage tolerance

  • Detail design using  state of the art CAD packages CATIA, Pro-ENGINEER and AutoCAD.

  • 3D modeling of all the structure – Digital prototype for assembly studies, kinematic studies, fitting simulations and maintenance studies in CATIA and PRANA

 

  • Access cut outs for easy maintenance of the systems.

  • Aerodynamic loads using ELFINI and PARAS with correction from Wind Tunnel test data.

  • Structural analysis using ELFINI,  Pro/MECHANICA,  NASTRAN.

  • Optimization using ELFINI and NASTRAN for both metallic and composite parts.

  • Concurrent design of LCA-Trainer in PDM environment.
