Flight Testing
	All flight test related activities of LCA are planned, coordinated and carried out by the National Flight Test  Centre(NFTC), set up with the participation of Indian Air Force, ADA and HAL. NFTC has a state-of-the-art telemetry ground facility with twelve real time monitoring stations.  The on-board Flight Test Instrumentation (FTI) consists of Data Acquisition System(DAS).  Real Time Telemetry System for selected parameters and Data Recording Unit (DRU).
Pre and Post flight briefs for every prototype flight is a meeting point for the entire design and flight test team involved in flight-testing.  A fiber optic cable link ensures timely availability of the entire flight data in engineering units for off-line analysis by the design teams within a few hours of the flight, for clearing the aircraft for the next flight.
