  • Real-time hardware-in-loop test facility   enables integration, ground testing and clearance of IFCS
  • Evaluates subsystem, open loop, closed loop, failure mode and pilot in the loop levels of IFCS.
  • Progressive `DFCC interfaces using   stimulated  pilot controls, inertial & air data sensors, actuators followed by  interfacing with actual  LRUs.
  • Static and dynamic response of   control laws in a stand-alone mode and with stimulated or real actuators interfaced
  • Power-on delays among four channels of DFCC during startup, power interruptions during changeover from ground  to aircraft power supply and extreme voltage power supply to DFCC and Hydraulic System failure conditions.
  • Pilot  acquaintance with failure mode warning displays and aircraft performance in flight

  • Real-time data acquisition facility from the MIL-STD-1553 data bus
  • Real-time digital computer updating  aircraft dynamics at every 6.25 msec
  • programmable analog with discrete and digital signal interface facility
  • six degrees of freedom aircraft flight dynamics  model
  • integrated  models of landing gear, engine and atmosphere dynamics and
  • inverse airdata system model to generate port pressures of airdata probes
  • Engineering Test Station to integrate all  quadruplex interfaces of DFCC
